The 2026 World Ocean Forum Secretariat collects and uses personal information as follows for the purpose of ‘2026 World Ocean Forum participant registration ’The 2026 World Ocean Forum Secretariat collects only the information necessary to carry out this task and does not provide it to third parties.
ㅇ Collection items (required): name, occupation, affiliation, title, mobile phone number, email, nationality, gender
ㅇ Personal information retention period: 1 year (enclosed destruction after end of retention period)
ㅇ Basis for retention: With the consent of the information subject, the information subject may refuse to consent to the collection of personal information. However, if consent is refused, the 2026 World Ocean Forum registration service will be restricted.
